- Revise and adjust based on your feedback
- Begin production after design and quote confirmation
- Ship your unique piece upon completion

All customized pieces are handmade after an order is placed.

• The more complex the design, the actual quote may be adjusted.
• All customization-related discussions, sketch confirmations, revisions, and quotes are conducted via Instagram DM.
• The customization service creates exclusive pieces based on your needs, but this does not imply purchasing the design concept or theme. If Wallflower later launches a series of works with the same flower species, fruits, or other similar themes, it is considered an extension and design development of the brand's original series, not plagiarism or resale of your customized design. We will not directly replicate your customized work but reserve the right to continue the brand's creative themes and elements.
